How we’re helping pets access the care they need

We’re introducing Pay in 3 to our practices, allowing clients to spread the cost of bigger bills into three Direct Debit payments, with no added cost.

We know that the economic situation is tough at the minute and we want to do everything we can to help our community.

We never want our clients to say no to the care their pet needs. In this way, we can help split large payments across three months to ease the burden and support owners.

How does it work?

  • If we confirm that the cost for your pet’s care is going to come to more than £300, we’ll offer you the option of splitting the payment into three Direct Debit payments.

  • We’ll work with you to set your payment schedule and ensure your details are correct, and then the payments will come out of your account automatically.

  • If for any reason you need to change your schedule or you’re having problems, please contact our team as soon as possible, and we’ll help you get it sorted.

  • There’s no additional charge to this service – it’s just our way of increasing your options and helping you access the best care for your pet.
