Louise is originally from Wales (sorry about the rugby!) but she has lived in Scotland now for seven years.

You’ll often find her dog Cassie behind the reception desk when she is at work. Louise and Cassie recently achieved their gold Kennel club good citizen award. She enjoys the outdoor life and will often be found walking with Cassie or horse riding around the local countryside.
