The first step is to sign up using the form above, all our Practice Plan members get complimentary access to VidiVet. Once you have completed the form, you will be shown a link to download the app. That’s it! You now have access to a helpful vet team whenever we are closed.

Yes. All VidiVets’ vets are Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) registered and a minimum of 5 years qualified to ensure we are operating at the highest level.

We see so much value in VidiVet that we’re covering the cost for all Practice Plan members; it’s FREE whenever you need it.

The VidiVet app is available on smartphones, tablets and some of the latest Apple computers only. Your device will need to have a webcam and a microphone. You’ll also need to ensure that you have a good internet or data connection. The VidiVet app may not work on older devices or some of the latest Huawei devices.
