Our Practice Plan helps you spread the cost of your pet’s preventative care through a monthly direct debit. We have three options with a range of benefits. Members of our Extra plan receive unlimited consultations with vets and nurses. You can join online or speak to our team in branch.

Yes – we offer video consultations and instant messaging via PetsApp for advice and bookings.

Yes – our nurses run a range of clinics including weight management, dental check-ups and puppy social sessions.

We provide our own 24/7 emergency service. You’ll always speak to a member of the Thrums team – not an external provider.

We treat dogs, cats, rabbits and other small pets, while our farm and equine teams are also based here.

Yes – we have purpose-built inpatient facilities for overnight care, including separate wards for dogs and cats.

Yes – we have a spacious car park on-site and the practice is wheelchair accessible.

We aim to offer same-day appointments when possible. If your pet needs urgent care, please call us as soon as you can. We provide 24/7 emergency backup through our own team – we don’t use a third-party provider.
