You’re the expert on your pet in so many ways – nobody knows them better than you do. So if something’s not quite right and they’re not quite feeling their best, the odds are you’ll be the first to notice.
Now of course, we’re always here to help. Whether that’s over PetsApp, via our offer of unlimited consults in our Practice Plan Extra or through VidiVet and our 24/7 out of hours service when we’re closed, we’re committed to being here for you when you need us. But we also want to empower you to be the best owner you can be.
So allow me to introduce our new Ask the Vet service!
We’ve created this space to provide a bit of value for our lovely clients and do what we can to give you simple answers to common queries – and I have the pleasure of fronting our new service! Some of you may know me from our Kirriemuir branch, whereas others will be new to me. I promise I’ll do my best!
We believe in building lasting relationships with our clients, and this personal connection is at the heart of everything we do.
Nothing replaces that face to face contact and the benefits your pet’s health will see from being checked by our team regularly.
But we want to do everything we can to help you take care of your pets and to feel confident about when you need to see us.
