New Puppy?
All new puppies receive a free nurse health check as soon as they have moved into your home and taken over your life! This ensures all is well with the new family member. Also, you can have four weeks free medical insurance, along with good guidance on general care, worming, fleas and feeding.
We recommend worming your pup once a month until it is 6 months old then every 3 month after that, using a good quality product which we can advise you on.
Vaccinations are done at 8 and 10 weeks of age and then annually thereafter along with a full health check. We vaccinate for the following diseases. Distemper virus, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvo virus and also against two of the more common causes of Kennel Cough depending on your dogs individual situation.
We also offer the very popular and free Puppy Parties which you and your puppy are invited to after they have had their vaccinations. Advice on caring for your new pup will be discussed and it provides an excellent opportunity for early puppy socialisation. It’s also good for owner socialisation as well!!
At 6 months of age we offer a further free nurse check of your pup to ensure any possible developmental problems are picked up early. Out team of nurses can also give you good advice on moving onto the next stage of feeding your dog. Neutering can also be arranged at this time if you wish this to be done.
